All on-line purchase have 21 days full refund. No Refund and exchange on all customized Hawaiian jewelry orders (engraved name).
Items that have been worn, resized, custom engraved, damaged or altered in any way can not be accepted for return.
All refund are minus the shipping cost. We will not be responsible for jewelry items that were ordered in the wrong size or custom jewelry orders (engraved name).

1. Call our customer service 808-247-0699 for a Return Authorization Code, proof of purchase must accompany returned item. S & H fees excluded.
2. Package the item in its original jewelry box or bag.
   
3. Ship the item by registered US mail, fully insured for the value of the item.
   
4. Request a return receipt for your record.
